CERTIFIED OR NOTARISED?
When we certify a translation, we will provide a Certificate of Translation Accuracy on company letterhead, which attests that the translated document is a true and accurate representation of the original. We will also stamp the translated document and include our membership number with the ATC (Association of Translation Companies).
Please note that certified translation is not the same as notarisation. Notaries witness and confirm a signature’s authenticity, making sure that it is not signed under duress. They do not guarantee the accuracy of a translation.
Generally speaking, any document used for an official purpose that is not in the language of the intended country will require a certified translation.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST & HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
We charge on a per-word or per-page basis because it is the fairest and most accurate way to calculate fees. After receiving and checking your documents, our team will send an exact quote and delivery date. We’re fully transparent in our pricing, there are no surprises, and all costs are included and upfront.
The turnaround time of our certified translations is typically 1-2 working days. To ensure that there are no delays to your project, please make sure that the scanned copy of your document is clear for our translators to read. We are not able to translate anything that is blurred or hidden from view.
